The Chief of Information has the role of lead communicator for The Initiative, he/she has to develop a coherent outreach strategy for urgent implementation. The Chief of Information is mandated to: Create awareness of The Initiative policies, programs and activities. Promote international marketing agenda. Provide Public Relations support to organizational Ministries, departments, agencies and The Initiative's missions.
Minister of Trade & Commerce

Regional Director - South (Region 2)
The Regional Director serve as the chief administrator of the region for the Initiative and the overall guidance of the Region, Responsible for all financial matters of the region according to the Guidelines for Financial Management of Regions. Appoint regional Education Council chairs, regional conference chair, and task force and program/project committee chairs. Prepare annual regional report as required by the Board. Advise and assist the Regional Leadership Team in planning all regional activities, keeping in mind the educational role, purpose, and goals of the initiative. Develop an orientation program and training procedures for the Regional Leadership Team including necessary materials. Coordinate communication within the region, including at least two newsletters or (e) newsletters. Provide leadership and assistance with the recruitment of new institutional and individual members. Maintain regional files including regional rosters, annual reports, minutes of meetings, and other appropriate material. Attend all meetings as required by the Board. The Regional Director must be motivational and progressive with actions and commitments and is responsible for understanding and appreciating organizational and regional policies and expectations. Craft a regional strategic plan every two years, using input from the regional officers and/or committee members. Conduct a regional, self‐evaluation (report card) twice each calendar year. Serve as an active participant in national and regional meetings. Volunteer for and accept assignments and responsibilities at the national level. Assist with the fundraising efforts for the national organization, and coordinate fundraising efforts at the regional level.
National Research Director
Monitor and forecast marketing for our organization and Legislation trends, and crime data and who are our rivals in all areas. Measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies. Devise and evaluate methods for collecting data, such as surveys, questionnaires, or opinion polls. Gather data about consumers, competitors, and market conditions. Analyze data using statistical software. Convert complex data and findings into understandable tables, graphs, and written reports. Prepare reports and present results to Leadership board and others as defined by the total board.

Minister of Arts & Culture
The Ministry of Arts & Culture is the international ambassador of a new way of artistic expression and cultural refinement. The mission of the Ministry of Arts and Culture is the promotion of aesthetic, artistic and cultural expressions, also music, dance, drama, poetry, visual arts and sports. This includes the promotion of theater companies, music ensembles, choirs, creative writing, poetry recitations, talent shows, film production, video and audio recordings, presentations, competitions, and compilations along with an annual Festival of the Arts. And a wholesome sports culture for athletic achievement.
Minister of Justice
The Ministry of Justice work spans criminal, civil and family justice, human rights. The Ministry of Justice works to protect the public and reduce reoffending, and to provide a more effective, transparent and responsive criminal justice system for victims and the public. We also provide fair and simple routes to civil and family justice. The Ministry of Justice has responsibility for different parts of the justice system– the courts, prisons, probation services and attendance centers. We work in partnership with the other government departments and agencies to reform the criminal justice system, to serve the public and support the victims of crime. We are also responsible for making new laws, strengthening our organization, and safeguarding human rights. The justice system is an important public service. We are all likely to come into contact with it at some point in our lives, because we have been a witness or victim of crime, to protect and enforce our rights or to settle disputes. We manage offenders from the point at which they are charged to the end of their sentence, providing supervision and support as they are reintegrated into society.
Director of Strategic Initiatives
The director of strategic initiatives is responsible for leading the strategic implementation of key projects. It requires a person to have strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills and the ability to challenge the status quo, drive innovative thinking and provide superior leadership to staff in order to successfully implement the strategy.
The four Regional Leaders are Board Members and they are the principal spokesperson for that region they must build up that region in order for the National goals and agenda to be carried out nationally.
